【Abstract】 The immunocytochemical characteristics of four-cell strains of murine leukemias in vitro were investigated with monoclonal antibodies Thy1.2, Lyt-1, Lyt-2, Iak2 and horse anti-mouse IgG antibody, using the ABC immunological method. Results showed that all the tumor cells from L7212-85 and L7811-85 were strongly positive for Thy1.2 and Lyt-2 and negative for Lyt-1, Iak2 and IgG, indicating their origin from suppressor T-lymphocyte, All the tumor cells from L1210-86 were negative for Thy1.2, Lyt-1, Lyt-2,? Iak2 and IgG, indicating their origin from non-T non-B lymphocyte. All the tumor cells from P388-86 were strongly positive for Iak2 and IgG and negative for Thy1.2, Lyt-1 and Lyt-2, indicating their origin from the B-lymphocyte.
