云南省昭通市婴幼儿急性胃肠炎中轮状病毒的研究

【摘要】 本文报道应用PACE、EM、ELISA检测技术,对1982年10月到1985年12月间采自云南省昭通市的婴幼儿急性胃肠炎患者大便标本中的A组轮状病毒(RV)和腺病毒(Adv)的研究结果。从309例标本中共检出169例含有RV,阳性率为54.7%。在不同性别间RV检出率没有显著差异。RV>6月~24月龄患儿组中的检出率(59.1%)显著高于(?)6月龄患儿组(33.3%)(P<0.01)。10月至1月是PV胃肠炎流行的高峰季节,在这一季节中RV的检出率(65.1%)显著高于其它季节(P<0.001)。对RV基因RNA的分子流行病学研究发现,1984年2月至1985年12月间在昭通市流行的RV全为第二亚组。Adv在婴幼儿急性胃肠炎中的检出率为16.7%。结果表明,RV是昭通市婴幼儿急性胃肠炎的主要病原体,它的流行具有明显的季节性。

【Abstract】 This paper presents the research results of rotavirus(RV)in group A and adenovirus(ADV)in fecal specimens collected from infants with acute gastroenteritis in Zhaotong, Yunnan from October 1982 to December 1985.By means of PAGE, EM and ELISA, 309 fecal specimens of 139 cases were detected with rotavirus, the positive rate was 54.7%. There is no siguificant difference in positive rate of rotavirus between two sexes. Positive rate in>6—24 month age group (59.1%) is much higher that in that of≤6 month (33.3%)(P<0.01). The peak period of the epidemic was from October to January, and in these months, positive rate (65.1%) is much higher than other months(P<0.001). By epidemiological analysis of rotavirus genome RNA, we find that rotavirus prevailed in Zhaotong during February 1984 to December 1985 was all belonging to a subgroup. Positive rate of adenovirus in acute infantile gastroenteritis was 16.7%. The results indicate that rotavirus is the main causaive agent of the disease and evidently its epidemic is seasonal.
