甜瓜花粉形态研究及起源、分类的探讨

【摘要】 用扫描电镜对8个变种的甜瓜花粉进行研究,将数据聚类分析,各变种甜瓜花粉的质量性状相同,形状一致,为具有4个对称面的扁圆三角形中型花粉,属N3P4C4型。外壁纹饰为覆盖层穿孔型。各变种花粉数量性状间无显著差异。厚皮与薄皮两类甜瓜同源性极强,起源相同,其差异为不同生态型变种间的差异,分为两个亚种是不合理的。蛇形甜瓜变种为两类甜瓜的中间型。

【Abstract】 The pollen of 48 samples of 8 varieties of melon (Cucumis melo L.) was studied by the methods of SEM etc, and the observational data was analyzed by the method of cluster analysis. Pollen gualitative cha-racters of all varieties were the same, the pollen was oblate triangle-shaped and middle large with 4-symmetrical face, belonging to the type of N3P4C4. The sculpture of pollen exine was poral tectum. As to the quantitative characters,there were no marked differences among the va-rieties. Based on this research, it was proved that thick and thin-peel melon had the extremely same origination, the variation was caused by the difference of ecological types. Therefore, it was not reasonable to divide the two kinds of melon above into 2 subspecies. It was also proved that snake-shaped melon was the transitional type of the two types above.
