广东野生蕉的初步调查研究

【摘要】 经1980-1987年对广东省北纬18°13′-25°30′范围内9个地区,25个县市,近二百个点进行野生蕉调查发现,广东野生蕉广泛分布于所调查的热带、亚热带县市。其中,琼中百花岭有连片约35公顷的野生蕉。广东野生蕉主要生长在向阳、湿度大的生态环境中,植被构成简单。海拔高度从几十米至一千七百米均有分布。 按Simmonds的分类法鉴定,广东野生蕉属Musa acuminate×Musa bal-bisiana,它不同于另一种少量分布的野蕉M.balbisiana以及云南的小果野蕉M.acuminata。广东野生蕉类型繁多,按果实和花蕾颜色,可分为五个基本类型:青果红蕾、青果绿蕾、青果黄蕾、红果红蕾、黄红果红蕾。 广东野生蕉的染色体数2n=22,有两号样本的染色体臂比例略有差异。过氧化物酶同工酶谱带7-8条,和其它野生蕉及栽培蕉类不同。本文讨论了广东野生蕉和各种栽培蕉类的亲缘关系。 利用野蕉M.balbisiana作父本与大蕉进行杂交,获得了四倍体。

【Abstract】 In 1980 up to 1987, we carried out investigation on wild bananas in some 200 growing areas of 25 counties and cities of 9 districts in Guang-dong which lies in latitude 18 °13’~25° 35’N.We found that wild bana-nas had wide distribution over the tropical and subtropical counties and cities where the investigation was carried out. There was a large area of wild bananas of about 35 hectares at Baihua Ling in Qiong-zhong county. Guangdong wild bananas mainly grew in places with such ecological environments as facing the sun and having high humidity.The formation of vegetation was simple. We could see bananas distribu-ting over places at several ten metres to 1700 metres above sea-level.According to Simmond’s method of classification, wild bananas in Guangdong belongs to Musa acuminata × Musa balbisiana. They are diffe-rent from Musa balbisiana, which are sparsely distributed and also from Musa acuminata, growing in Yunnan province. Wild bananas in Guang-dong vary, in type. According to the colour of the fruit and the flower bud, they are principally divided into 5 types, namely, green fruit with red bud, green ffuit with green bud, green fruit with yellow bud, red fruit with red bud, and yellow-reddish fruit with red bud.The number of chromosome of wild bananas in Guangdong is 2 n = 22, with two samples having little difference in the ratio of chromoso= mal arm.They have 7-8 bands of isoperoxidase, which is different from other wild bananas and banana cultivars. This paper discusses the genetic relationships between wild bananas in Guangdong and various kinds of banana cultivars.Some tetraploids have been obtained by crossing M. balbisiana, as the parent plant, with plantains.
