【摘要】 本文对31例糖尿病患者进行了血清微量元素锌、硒、镉、镍的测定,发现糖尿病患者血清中锌、镍元素水平与正常对照组无显著差异,血清中镉元素有显著差异,糖尿病组高于正常组。镉作为一种有毒的重金属,是否对糖尿病并发症有一定影响,尚待研究。硒元素在糖尿病组中明显降低.有极显著差异。提示糖尿病患者的高过氧化物血症及微血管损害,很可能与缺乏硒元素有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Plasma Zine,Selenium Cadmium and Nielium were measured in 31 Cases of diabetic patients.There were no significant differences in serumma Zinc and Nielium between diabetic patients and normal people.Cadmium was higher than normal people.As a sort of poisonous metal,wheather Cadmium may play a role in path6genesis of diabetics remains much to study.In diabetic patients Seruma Selenium was much lower them that of normal controls.There may be a correlation in low selenium and microcirculation disturbance and hyperperoxidemia in diabetes.更多还原
