反射率探测法对激光化学汽相沉积的实时监测
In Situ Monitor for Laser Chemical Vapor Deposition Using Reflectance Measurement
【摘要】 本文描述了一个对激光诱导化学汽相沉积进行实时监测的反射率测量方法,并给出了钨在硅和氮化钛基片上沉积过程的实验结果。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a in situ monitor for laser induced chemical vapor deposition usingreflectance measurement was described,and the experimental results of tungsten deposited onsilicon and Titanium Nitide(Tin)substates are presented.
