高锰酸钾引发丙烯腈与木薯淀粉的接枝共聚及共聚物的水解
GRAFT COPOLYMERIZATION OF ACRYLONITRILE ONTO CASSAVA STARCH INITIATED BY KMnO4 AND HYDROLYSIS OF GRAFT COPOLYMER
【摘要】 研究了木薯淀粉经碱糊化后,以KMnO4为引发剂,在酸性介质中与丙烯腈的接技共聚。结果表明,单体转化率高,接技效率达95%,支链分子量达30万。接技共聚物在碱溶液中的水解产物吸水能力可超过自重的2000倍。
【Abstract】 Graft copolymerization of AN onto cassava starch gelatinized by alkali at room tempe-rature has been studied using KMnO4 as initiator in acid solution. Resu t showed highmonomer convertion to polymer (80%), very high graft efficiency (95%), and high mole-cular weight of graft polymer (3×105). The hyorolyzate of graft copolymer can absorb upto over 2000 times of water (g/g).
