【摘要】 本文采用Luminol-H₂O₂发光体系和流动注射分析技术测定维生素B₁₂。样品用0.1 mol/L的盐酸处理,进样量为50μl。标准曲线的线性范围达3个数量级,检测下限为10ppb,方法的平均回收率为98.7%,变异系数为2.99%。用该法对三种不同厂家生产的维生素B₁₂注射液进行测定并与中国药典方法比较,测定结果基本一致。由于这种方法灵敏度高、分析速度快、样品用量少,因此可用于临床药物分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chemiluminescence analysis, with flow injection, is used for the determination of vitamin B₁₂ by means of the luminol hydrogen peroxide systetm. The linear range is 3 orders of magnitude and the detection limits is 10 ppb. All samples were analyzed by both this method and colorimetry and some comparison between these two methods was made as well. Because of its sensitivity, it can be used as a convenient, and rapid method for clinical drug analysis.更多还原
