【摘要】 <正> 铁棒锤(Aconitum szechenyianum Gay)又名铁牛七、黑草乌。用于消炎止痛、祛风除湿,治疗风湿性关节炎及疮痈肿毒等。与铁棒锤同名的植物有雪上一枝蒿(A.pendulumBush)、伏毛铁棒锤(A.flavum Hand-Maii),此二者成分已有报道,前者主要含乌头碱,更多还原

【Abstract】 Five constituents were isolated from Aconitum szechenyianum Gay. The structures of these compounds were identified as β-sitosterol （Ⅰ）, aconitine（Ⅱ）, 3-acetylaconitine （Ⅲ）, songorine（Ⅳ） and a new compound whose structure was elucidated to be szechenyine （Ⅴ） on the basis of UV, IR,¹HNMR,·¹³CNMR and Mass spectra.更多还原
