云南栽培西洋参皂甙的高压液相色谱定量分析

【摘要】 采用N-18ODS柱,以CH3CN:H2O(31:69 v/v)中加入50mM KH2PO4和CH3CN:H2O:H3PO4(20:80:0.5 v/v)为流动相,在202 nm紫外吸收波长检测下,测定了云南丽江引种栽培的西洋参中丙二酸人参皂甙(malonyl ginsenoside)Rb1、Rb2、Rc、人参皂甙(ginsenosidc)Rb1、Rb2、Rc、Rd、Ro和Rc、Rgl等10种主要皂甙的含量,讨论了不同的栽培年代、采收季节、地下部位以及商品等级中皂甙含量的变化,对该地区西洋参的生产提出了建议。

【Abstract】 Composition and contents of saponins of Panox quinquefolium cultivated in Yunnan, China, were analyzed by high-performance liquid chroma-tography(HPLC)on an N-18 ODS-column using aqueous acetonitrile containing KH2-PO4 or H3PO4 as the mobile phase, flow rate. 1m1/min, detection wave length 202 nm, chart speed. 2.5 mm/min. Contents of the major saponins including ginsenoside Rbl, Rb2, Re, Rd, Re, Rg1, Ro and malonyl caponins (malonyl gensenoside Rbl, Rb2, and Rc) were markedly different according to the age, time of harvest, commercial grades, and the underground parts of the plant.
