【Abstract】 This paper reports the synthesis of anthracyclinone precursor 5, 12-eppxy-1,2,3, 4,5,12-hexahydro-2-naphthaeenyl methyl ketone in a on pot reaction effected by solid-liquid phase transfer catalysts. The effect of different factors on the yield are studied. The results of the experiments show that PEG 600-1540 are good PTC. The probable reaction mecha- nism is proposed.更多还原
