2-(2'-吡啶基)-6-甲苯并噻唑及其二氯有机锡(1V)络合物的结构与抗肿瘤活性

【摘要】 <正> 近年来二氯有机锡(Ⅳ)含双氮配体络合物具有抗肿瘤活性的发现,不仅为人们寻找性能优良的抗癌药物开辟了新途径,而且其合成与结构的研究势必促进有机锡化学的发展。本文报道了2-(2'-吡啶基)-6-甲苯并噻唑及其二氯·二乙基合锡(Ⅳ)反应产物的谱学表征、晶体结构和抗癌活性筛选的主要结果。

【Abstract】 The crystal structures of the title compounds have been determined by X-ray anal- ysis on single crystals by an Enraf-Nonius CAD4 diffractometer. For the ligand L, 2-(2′- pyridyl)-6-methylbenzothiazole, C13H10N2S, monoclinic, P 21/n, a=5.719(1), b=15.383(1), c=27.444(4), β=95.68(1)°, Z=4, R=0.034, and complex [SnEt2CI2L], C17H20SN2- SnCl2, monoclinic, P21/c, a=14.755(2), b=9.447(5), c=13.835(1), β=95.29(2)°, Z=4, R=0.067. Structure of L was solved by direct method and structure of [SnEt2CI2L] the heavy atom method. The S atom is cyclized either in the free ligand or in the complex which is consistent with the IR and 1H NMR characterizations. The Sn atom is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms, cis-chlorine and trans-ethyl groups in a highly distorted octahedron with average Sn-N distance of 2.485 .
