红外吸收法测定钢中微量碳

【摘要】 本文对红外吸收法测定微量碳的最佳条件进行了研究。测定了高温合金、不锈钢、纯铁等试样,得到了满意的结果。

【Abstract】 A method for the determination of microamounts of carbon in steel by combustion in an induction furnace-infrared absorption is suggested- The purging time, blank of accelerator and decarbonizing of crucible have been investigated.It was found that the purging and analytical time are 45 and 30 sec., respectively, the blank of oxygen gas and instrument noise is 2ppm and the detection limit of the method is 10ppm of carbon.
