【Abstract】 It is necessary to have comparable diffraction intensity of various coexisting phases for quantitative phase analysis by X-ray diffraction,that is to get intensity rate (k) of each phase in relation to reference substance. In this paper an approach of getting k value in complex polyphase system is proposed and the results of phase analysis on superalloy GH-625 are discussed.更多还原
