【摘要】 采用带血管蒂游离腓骨治疗因外伤、炎症、肿瘤截除后或先天性胫骨假关节所致四肢长骨的大块缺损,以及骨不连共计27侧。经8年随访,效果较满意。作者认为切取完整带血供的腓骨,是骨移植成功的关键,切取腓骨以前外侧入路为佳。移植到受区,固定要确切。严格选择病例,是手术成功重要保证,适应症以填充骨肿瘤切除后缺损为佳,尤其是用于胫骨上端骨巨细胞瘤切除后。对失败病例,还分析了原因,提出术中注意点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since July 1978, the authors used the technique of free vascular pedicled fibular transfer for treating the 27 cases of the large defect & honunion of bone caused by trauma, inflammation, resection of bone tumor, or congential pseudoa throsis of tibia. The effects of treatment were satisfactory through follow-up for 8 years.The authors think that the key is to get the fibula having a good provided-vessels & it is the best to cut the fibula through anterolateral approach of the leg. when the fibula is transfered to the received region, the fixation must be reliable. Selecting the case seriously is the important point of success of operation. Main indication is the filling thc defect of bone tumor removed, especially the giant cell tumors of bone on the tibia. The authors analyse the failling cases & points out that should be paid attention to in the operation.更多还原
