稀土铸铁液相中石墨形态的研究
MORPHOLOGY OF GRAPHITE IN LIQUID PHASE OF RARE-EARTH CAST IRON
【摘要】 用等温液淬方法,研究了稀土蠕墨铸铁中初晶石墨的生长及其对共晶凝固的影响,并将其与同材料熔制的它种铸铁液淬结果进行比较。结果表明,初晶石墨多呈球状,它们随生长环境变化,可作为蠕虫状石墨(CG)、球墨(SG)的核心,共晶期间,CG 具有不同形式的结晶前和结构,似乎不受初晶的影响。
【Abstract】 The growth of prinary graphite and its effect on the eutectic solidificatio of R.E.C/V graphite cart iron are studied by means of isothermal liquid quenching.The observed resultis compared with other kind of cast irons smelted and casted frem other ingredients anc liquid-quenched under similar conditions.The comparison indicates:the inital crystalline graphite is usually spheroidal and becomes the nuclei of C/V graphite(CG)and spheroidal graphite(SG)with conditions which vary during their growth.In the eutectic period,CG seems to have many different adranced crystal boundaries and structures regardless of its initial crystals.
