Sb5+掺杂对YBa2Cu3O7-y高Tc超导陶瓷工艺的影响
The Effect of Sb5+ Doping on Preparation of YBa2Cu3O7-y Superconductive Ceramics with High Tc
【摘要】 本工作研究了YBa2Cu3O7-y超导陶瓷的制备工艺,通过Sb5+掺杂,改善了工艺条件,扩展了烧结温区,制备了Tc为80K的YBa2Cu1-xSbxO7-y(0≤x≤0.15)超导陶瓷材料,并从理论上分析讨论了Sb5+的作用机理。
【Abstract】 Manufacturing process of YBa2 Cu3O7-y, system ceramice has been investigated and improved in our work. The sintering temperature region is broadened by Sb5+ doping. Superconductive ceramics of YBa2Cu1-x SbxO7-y, (0≤x≤0.15) with Te 80K is prepared and the effect mechanism of Sb5+ doping is also discussed.
