【摘要】 用HRP-SPA免疫组织化学方法观察了四氧嘧啶所致小鼠实验性糖尿病胰岛A、B细胞的变化.结果表明,实验性糖尿病小鼠部分胰岛有改变.主要为胰岛形态不规则,边缘不整齐,胰岛细胞排列紊乱,胰岛内有较大空虚部分与胰岛细胞极明显的离散现象,有改变的胰岛中部分胰岛细胞境界不清、边缘不整齐与免疫反应颗粒缺失与消失等变化.更多还原

【Abstract】 The changes in pancreatic islet cell A and B of mice with diabetes by alloxan were observed by the peroxidase-staphylococcal protein A method.
