【Abstract】 In 24 conscious, vagotomized, curarized and artificially ventilated rabbits the efferent phrenic discharge was recorded. Scopolamine 0.1, 0.5 and 5.0 mg/kg was injected into the cerebello-medullary cistern. The effect of scop-olamine 0.1 mg/kg on respiration was insignificant, but the frequency and amplitude of phrenic discnarge were decreased by increasing scopolamina to 0.5 or 5.0 mg/kg. These results indicate that scopolamine inhibited respiratory centers in the rabbit.更多还原
