【摘要】 报告以囊肿切除短段空肠间置术治疗小儿先天性胆管扩张症6例,指出只要操作得法,即使是3～4个月的小婴儿亦可耐受此种术式。术中找不到囊肿远端开口者,完整切除囊肿后未发现不良后果。采用套叠空肠瓣防返流时以加置肝管外引流较为安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 On 6 hospitalized pediatric patients with congenital dilatation of the bile duel in the past 2 years, hepaticoduodenostomy plus short jejunal segment interposition was performed following resection of the involved bile duct. If performed properly, this procedure would have no serious technical difficulties, even in 3- or 4 -month-old young children.The postoperative course was also eventless in the patients whose distal opening of the cyst had not been found during the radical excision, To prevent ascending cholangitis, an intussusception type anti-reflux valve in the interposed jejunal segment was created in 2 cases, and a drainage tube was placed in the hepatic duct in doing this as advised.更多还原
