【摘要】 对北京某化工厂112名PA作业工人及90名非PA接触的正常人进行肺通气功能测定。发现接触组与对照组间以及接触组中高、低工龄间,大部分肺功能指标有下降改变,并有统计学意义。PA对肺功能的影响涉及大、小气道,而以反映小气道功能的(?)50、(?)25、(?)25/HT改变较明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 The lung functions of 112 workers exposed to phthalic anhydride were studied. 90 normal persons with simillar age without exposure to any chemicals were served as controls.It was showed that FVC, FEV_1.0, PEFR, （?）₇₅, （?）₅₀, （?）₂₅, （?）₂₅/HT in females in exposed group were significantly different from that in control groups.All parameters showed statistically significant differences between high and low working year groups except FVC, PEFR in male and PEFR in female.The mena values of decreased percentage for each indices between exposed groups and control groups were analysed and showed that the changes in （?）₅₀, （?）₂₅, （?）₂₅/HT, （?）₇₅ and PEFR were more sensitive and significant, especially （?）₅₀, （?）₂₅, （?）₂₅/HT, being related to the small airway functions更多还原
