【摘要】 苯中毒是常见的职业中毒之一。本实验在临床针灸治疗的基础上过渡到动物模型。实验共分4组。在染毒制备模型后以针刺或艾灸小鼠“大椎”和“命门”穴,隔日1次,4次为一疗程。实验结果:①染毒组小鼠的白细胞数和骨髓细胞数低于正常组(P<0.01);②针灸治疗组小鼠的白细胞数和骨髓细胞数高于染毒组(P<0.01)且恢复正常。提示针刺或艾灸治疗小鼠苯中毒性白细胞减少是有效的,可为临床治疗提供初步依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experimentat design was based on the clinical experience. Mice were divided into 4 groups. After the establishment of benzene poisoning model, mice were treated with either acupuncture or moxibustion, at the points "Dazhui" and "Mingmen", qod, 4 times. The results showed: ① leucocytic counts and myeloid cell counts of the intoxicated group were lower than those of the normal group (P<0.01). ② leucocytic counts and myeloid cell counts of the treated group were higher than those of the intoxicated group (P<0.01) and closed to normal values. It suggested that acupuncture or moxibustion might be effective in treating benzene-poisoning-leukopenia.更多还原
