【摘要】 本文试图将国内1960年以来医学、药学、医学院校学报198种期刊杂志中有关药物不良反应报道作为资料来源,绘制成抗生素、抗精神病药、三环类抗抑郁药的不良反应特征图,并分别与过去总结性报道、医院短期监测报告以及国外同类药物不良反应特征图进行比较和评价。结果初步表明,文献源药物不良反应特征图是目前研究我国药物不良反应流行病的一种较有价值的科学方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Adverse drug reaction (ADR) profiles of antibiotics, antipsychotics and tricyclics were made from 198 kinds of Chinese periodicals including medical and pharmaceutical journals as well as medical college bulletins since 1960. The profiles were well consistent with the results of past reviewing articles, hospital short-term monitoring reports and similar profiles on foreign literatures, although some differences had been noticed, such as the constituen t distribution of the allergic shock induced by gentamicin was comparatively higher in this profile. Some shortcomings were discussed.It is concluded that ADR profiles from literatures is a valuable method in ADR studies.更多还原
