【摘要】 本文报道磷酸羟基哌喹(hydroxypiperaqu-ine phosphate)治疗矽(尘)肺142例。经3-6mo临床观察,患者自觉症状好转率为53％。尿羟脯氨酸及血IgG有显著降低(P<0.01);胸部X线胸片好转率26％。治疗期间的药物副作用有血压降低和心率减慢。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ability of hydroxypiperaquine phosphate to modify the clinical manifestations of silicosis was investigated in 142 cases.Proofs were obtained that the symptoms could be improved(53%), hydroxyproline in urine and IgG in blood were reduced (P<0.01). At the mean time the pulmonary X-ray findings also abated in 26%. The adverse effects of this drug were mainly the decreasing of blood pressure and heart rate.更多还原
