【摘要】 作者用碳酸锂肠溶片(用2号树脂包膜)与普通碳酸锂片对14名躁狂症患者进行了自身交叉对照研究。结果表明,碳酸锂肠溶片与普通碳酸锂片一样能为消化道良好吸收,2药血锂浓度及临床疗效均无明显差异(P>0.05),而肠溶片在治疗血药浓度范围内的胃肠道副作用却明显低于普通片(P<0.05),值得在临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fourteen patients of mania received orally either enteric-coated or naked lithium carbonate tablets in self-cross comparison. As the blood lithium concentration and the therapeutic value concerned, there were no difference between these two preparations at all (P>0.05). While the side-effects upon the alimentary tract concerned, enteric-coated tablets with resin were definitely preferred rather than those of naked (P<0.05).更多还原
