【摘要】 本文介绍鸭血烯酸钠配伍5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)软膏涂布治疗带状疱疹25例,对照组17例用5-FU软膏。经过相同时期治疗,治疗组总有效率为96％,对照组总有效率64％,2组差异显著。(P<0.05)。疼痛消失平均时间在治疗组为3.3±2.5d,对照组为8±4d(P<0.01)。在电镜下观察发现治疗后的水痘-带状疱疹病毒包膜变薄,破裂或消失,核衣壳内无DNA病毒。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twenty-five patients of herpes zoster were treated topically with olefi-nic acid compound prepared from duck blood (DBOA)and 5-FU,another seventeen patients were treated with 5-FU as control.The total effective rate in the treated group was 96% and in the control group 64%(P<0.05). The pain disappeared after an average of 3.3±2.5 d in the treated group and 8± 4 d in the control group (P<0.001).After treated with DBOA compound, the electronic microscopy show- ed that the envelop of varicella-herpas zoster virus became thin, even brocken and disappeared, and the capsid of virus did not contain viral DNA.更多还原
