【Abstract】 41 cases(53 nerves) of arm’s nerve injury were treated with microsurgical technique from 1983-1986. 38 cases(49 nerves) have been followed-up for one year to 5 years and the results are satisfactory with 83.7% excellent. This paper reports the clinical analysis of microsurgical treatment on 38 cases(49 nerves), the results show that in all injuries of the upper extremity nerves the radial nerve has the best effect to treatment. The bunch membrane fixed and external membrane sewed is the best manner of repairing injuried nerve, and the earlier to treat, the better the effect.更多还原
