【摘要】 441例线虫感染者分成两大组。甲组:其中111人感染蛔虫56人.钩虫102人,应用丙硫咪唑300mg顿服及噻嘧啶300mg分两次服,治后3周及5月复查,全阴转率73.9％及61.3％,其中蛔虫阴转率98.2％及81.5％,钩虫92.2％及94.7％;另有109人感染蛔虫95人、钩虫96人及鞭虫98人,用上述两药外加酚嘧啶450mg分两次服,治后全阴转率70.6％及67.0％,其中蛔虫98.9％及88.3％,钩虫92.7％及90.1％,鞭虫87.8％及95.8％。乙组:其中120人感染蛔虫44人,钩虫107人,用丙硫唑咪600mg顿服,全阴转率75.8％及56.7％,蛔虫100.0％及88.6％,钩虫88.8％及79.6％;另有101人感染蛔虫91人、钩虫88人,鞭虫95人,用丙硫咪唑600mg顿服及酚嘧啶450mg分两次服,治后全阴转率72.3％及50.5％,蛔虫94.5％及86.9％,钩虫84.1％及86.2％,鞭虫93.7％及93.3％。虫卵减少率各组均达90％以上至100％。各药配伍均未见明显副反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to find out the most effective combined chemotherapeutic regime used for intestinal helminths, this study was designed and carried out. 441 patients were divided into two major groups. The First group,one part of this group were 111 patienls (56 persons infected with Ascaris and 102 with hookworms) treated with albendazole 300mg/d× 1 plus pyrantel 150mg Bid. Three weeks and 5 months after treatment, the total negative rates were 73.9%and 61.3%, in which the negative rates of Ascaris 3 weeks and 5 months after treatment were 98.2% and 81.5%, while hookworm, 92.2% and 94.7%. Another part of first group were 109 patients (95 Ascaris, 96 hookworm and 98 Trichuris infections) treated with the same drugs mentioned above and oxantel 225mg Bid in addition.The negative rates of these patients treated after 3 weeks and 5 months were 70.6% and 67.0%, in which the negative rates of Ascaris were 98.9% and 88.3% , while hookworm, 92.7% and 90.1% and Trichuris 87.8% 95.8%. The second group,one part of this group were 120 patients(44 Ascaris and 107 hookworm infections) treated with albendazole of 600mg/d×l. After treatment the total negative rates of this part were 75.8%and 56.7%, in which the negative rates of Ascaris 100% and 88.6%, hookworm 88.8% and 79.6%. Another part of the second group has 101 cases (91 Ascaris, 88 hookworm and 95 Trichuris cases) treated with albendazole 600mg/d×1 plus oxantel 225mg Bid. The total negative rates obtained at same time as mentioned above were 72.3% and 50.5%, in which the negative rates of Ascaris were 94.5% and 86.9%, hookworm 84.1% and 86.2%, and Trichuris 93.7% and 93.3%.The egg reduction rates of all of these groups reached 90~100%. These drugs in combined use had no obvious side effects at all. These results suggested that combined chemotherapy for intestinal helminths is successful not only for the efficacy obtained in short period (3 weeks), but also in longer period (5 months) especially in hookworm and Trichuris infections.更多还原
