镧、钐、铕及镱化合物对体外培养HeLa细胞的作用
EFFECT OF COMPOUNDS OF La, Sm, Eu, AND Yb ON HeLa CELL CULTURE
【摘要】 应用细胞培养、扫描电子显微镜、放射自显影及细胞化学等技术研究了镧、钐、铕及镱的15种化合物对体外培养HeLa细胞分裂活性的影响,并对其氯化物的生物效应进行了较系统的研究。实验结果表明当其浓度为1mmol/L时,HeLa细胞有丝分裂指数下降,细胞表面结构紊乱,DAN及RNA合成、细胞内琥珀酸脱氢酶、细胞色素氧化酶及酸性磷酸酶活性等均发生了变化;浓度为0.01mmol/L时,HeLa细胞有丝分裂指数、细胞表面结构、DAN与RNA合成及细胞内上述三种酶活性均未发生明显变化。
【Abstract】 The biological effects of small dose compounds of La, Sm, Eu, and Yb on HeLa cell culture are evaluated with radio-autography, cytochemistry, and scanning electron microscopy techniques. When the HeLa cell are exposed to 1mmol/L chloride of La, Sm, Eu, and Yb for 24h, the mitotic index of the cancer cells is decreased, the synthesis of DNA are affected, the cellular surface structures are destroied, the activity of succinic hydrogenase, cytochrome oxidase and acid phosphatase in cells are affected. When the HeLa cells exposed to 0.01 mmol/L chioride of La, Sm, Eu, and Yb for 24h., the cellular surface structures, synthesis of DNA and RNA, and activity of three kinds of enzymes mentiond above not any change. Therefore, the small doses of the chlorides of La, Sm, Eu, and Yb have no effect harmfully on HeLa cells.
