钇对铕-β-二酮螯合物的荧光增强作用
THE FLUORESCENCE ENHANCEMENT EFFECT OF YTTRIUM ON EUROPIUM(Ⅲ)-DIKETONE
【摘要】 应用荧光光谱、吸收光谱及荧光寿命测量研究了TritonX-100中,Eu(Ⅲ)-Y-TTA-phen的发光增强现象及可能的增强机理,认为这种发光增强是由于钇络合物的“包围”作用和从钇络合物到铕络合物分子之间经三重态-三重的能量传递。
【Abstract】 The fluorescence enhancement phenomenon of Y-Eu(Ⅲ)-TTA-phen in Triton X-100 micellar solution has been studied. Fluorescence absorption, emission and decay time of Eu3+ complexed with β-diketone system in micellar solution containing TritonX-100 were observed. We found that in the complex system the fluorescence of intensification of Y on Eu3+ inoreased rapidly. The cause of the fluorescence enhancement effect, we consider, is as follows. First, radiationless relaxation deactivation process of the Eu3+ electronic levels by interaction with H2O vibrational levels were reduced at the presence of Y ion in the solution. Second, probably the energy transfer from Y-complex to Eu-complex had taken place. In addition, the RE with inert structure also increased in Eu3+ luminescence in the same system. The sequence of the increase is: Gd3+>Y3+>Lu3+. Another RE (Sm3+,Nd3+) having luminescence properties, however, decreased in the Eu3+ luminescence intensities. The red shifts of the absorption peaks of Eu3+ complex by Y, Gd and Lu were measured. The red shifts indicat that the lowest singlet stats (S1) had decreads. Therefore, transition probability from S1 to T1 had incresed. Thus, the energy transfer from T1 to 5D0,1 levels of the centeral Eu3+ had been further enhanced.
