稀土离子掺杂对人工翡翠宝石荧光性质的影响
FLUORESCENCE OF RARE EARTH IONS IN SYNTHETIC JADEITE GEM
【摘要】 在具有翡翠成份的原料中掺入0.01~0.1mol的Eu2O3、Dy2O3、CeO2,经商温高压合成,分别茯得可发红、黄、紫色可见荧光的翡翠宝石。由于翡翠非对称晶场的作用,Eu3+的电偶极跃迁5D0→7F2成为发光主峰,Dy3+的发光峰出现明显劈裂,增大Ce3+的掺杂量,出现浓度猝灭现象。
【Abstract】 A jadeite gem having visible emission (red, yellow, violet) has been synthesized by doping Eu2O3, Dy2O3, CeO2 of 0.01-0.1 mol under high pressure and high temperature. Their emission spectra were determined. Because of the non-symmetry crystal field in jadeite, the electric dipole transition 5D0→7F2 of Eu3+ becomes major emission; and the luminescence peaks of Dy3+ split. With the increasing of the amount of Ce3+, the concentration quenching effect occurs.
