【摘要】 报道21例以酸性非特异性酯酶(α-荼醋酸酯酶)标志脑脊液中T淋巴细胞/淋巴细胞的结果:脑肿瘤组5例(不包括CNS淋巴瘤):仅37.2±10.91％,结核性脑膜炎(结脑)5例:66.0±18.81％;对照组7例:53.0±8.85％,脑肿瘤组阳性率明显低于对照组(P<0.02),结脑组与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。二例CNS淋巴瘤均阴性,符合B细胞淋巴瘤的实际病理学表现。非特异性酯酶染色简便易行,其脑脊液淋巴细胞初步观察结果显示能较准确地评价CNS疾病的细胞免疫功能,可应用于临床检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 21 patients with various CNS diseases,mean CSF T-lymphocytes/ lymphocytes rates were counted,calculated,and analyzed,the T-cells being labelled by α-naphthyl acetate esterase(ANAE).ANAE-positive lymphocytes accounted for only 37.2±10.91％ in cerebroma (CM)group (5 cases),and 65±18.81％ & 53±8.85％ in tuberculous meningitis(TBM) (5 cases) & control group(7 cases) respectively.The mean CSF ANAE- positive rate of CM was obviously lower than that of the control,while there was no statistically significant difference between that of TBM & control.No ANAE-positive lymphocytes was found in CSF of 2 cases of CNS lymphoma,conforming to the reality of B-cell neoplasms.The study indicates that ANAE staining is utilizable as a simple and fairly accur- ate Iaboratory CSF test for evaluating cell-mediated immunologic funct ion——cellular immunity of CNS diseases.更多还原
