【摘要】 以³H标记的人参皂甙单体R_g1、R_b1、R_b2为示踪剂分别在三只雄性昆明种小鼠中经灌胃或尾静脉注射给于500uci,2h后乙醚麻醉致死,进行整体切片自显影。结果表明,三种皂甙单体都有肝、肾、心、肺、脾、胃、肠、胆囊、膀胱分布;R_g1和R_b1还可通过血脑屏障进入脑组织,特别是R_g1;R_b1在毛囊、肾上腺和眼内有明显分布;Rb₂在造血红骨髓（如脊柱）、毛囊、肾上腺中的分布有其特点,提示三种单体均有胆-肠和肾-膀胱排泄,Rb₁以后者为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tissue distribution of ³H-ginsenosides ³H-Rg₁,³H-Rb₁ and ³H-Rb₂ was studied in 3 male kunming strain mice by whole body autoradio- graphy,respectively.2h after gi ³H-Rg₁,iv ³H-Rb₁,and iv ³H-Rb₂,500 μci each,the animals were treated to death by ether anesthesia.Sections showed that,all of the three ginsenosides were having distribution in liver,kidney,heart,lung,spleen,stomach,and intestines.It was obser- ved that ³H-Rg₁’s distribution in gallbladder（gb）,brain and spine was quite evident,³H-Rb₁’s being fairly prominent in bladder（b）,hair folli- cles（hf）,adrenal glands（Ad） & eyes,and ³H-Rb₂’s in gb,Ad,b,spine & hf.更多还原
