苹果属植物两种同工酶的模糊聚类分析

【摘要】 采用水平平板淀粉凝胶电泳分析了苹果属17个种的酯酶同工酶和谷氨酸脱氢酶同工酶,并进行模糊聚类分析。结果表明,17个种可聚为三类。在第一类中,各种间的关系与形态分析的观点类似:苹果(Malus pumila)、花红(M.asiatica)、揪子(M.prunifolia)的亲缘关系近,楸子应为山荆子(M.baccata)与苹果杂交后再与苹果回交形成的一个种,西府海棠(M.Micromalus)具有山荆子的血缘。在第二类中,小金海棠(M.xiaojinensis)与陇东海棠(M.kansuensis)接近,与湖北海棠(M.hupehensis)也较接近。但本类其它种间的关系以及第三类中种间的关系与形态分析差异大。

【Abstract】 Esterase and glutamatase isoenzymes in 17 species of Malus were determined with electrophorsis for horizontal plate of starch gel, and were counted for fuzzy cluster analysis. The result shows that these species should be grouped into three units. In the first unit containing 5 species, there is a close affinity among Malus pumila, M. asiatica and M. prunifolia; M, asiatica must have orignated from the hybrid of M. baccata ×M, pumila and×M,pumila,M.micromalus has some consanguinity of M. baccata. In the second unit of 10 species, M. xiaojinensis is close to M. kansuensis and also near to M. hupensis. However, the relations and morpho-analysis among most species in the second and the third unit are obviously different with one another.
