【摘要】 本文进行了酒渣接种假丝含母(Condida Berkhout)生产单细胞蛋白饲料的研究。结果表明,粗蛋白含量较对照增加6.6—8.8%,最高达19.23—27.2％。如在培养料中加入少量氮源,对提高酒渣饲料粗蛋白含量有显著的效果。经分析符合一般蛋白饲料的标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Experiments were made with the distiller’s grains inculated with Candida to produce single-cell protein fodder.The results indicates that the content of rough protein in distiller’s grains fodder increases more obviously than check.If little inorganic or organic nitrogen is added in the process of inculation,it would have certain effect to increase the content of the rough protein in distiller’s grains fodder.This single-cell protein fodder conforms to the standard of the protein fodder.更多还原
