【摘要】 本文报道了广东部分地区鸡大肠杆菌病防治的研究。作者对广东地区四个不同类型鸡场的鸡大肠杆菌病的流行病学,临诊症状和病理变化等作了调查,对分离到的病原菌——埃希氏大肠杆菌的血清型、致病性、药物敏感性和免疫原性等进行了试验,并进行药物和菌苗的研制与生产现场应用。两年多来,用自行研制的药物制剂与灭活菌苗防治本病的鸡数,分别是7万多只次和16万多只,均能有效地防制本病。此外,尚对本病的诱发因素及其防治提出一些探讨与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports the studies on control of colibacillosis of chickens in some parts of Guangdong Province. The epizootiology, clinical signs and pathology of colibacillosis of chickens were investigated un four farms of different type in Guangdong Province. The causative agent, isolated from field case, was experimented on its serotype, drug sensitivity, pathogenicity and immunogenicity. A preparation for treatment was tested and a vaccine was developed and used in the field. More than 70 thousand and 160 thousand chickens were treated with the drug preparation and the killed vaccine, respectively,over a period of 2 years. It was proved that the drug preparation and the vaccine and prevention of colibacillosis. the mode of infection, predisposing factors and disease control were also discussed.更多还原
