【Abstract】 The tissue suspension was made with liver, spleen and kidney of rabbits died of rabbit post using high speed pounding. The supernatant iluid was treated with "O" type red blood cell ( RBC ) of human being so that RBC absorbed the virus in the fluid after washing the RBC three times using normal physiological saline, the virus was free from RBC by adjusting the pH in the red blood cell suspension to 9.2. The results showed that the method was simple, effective, saving time and low cost.更多还原
