【Abstract】 A comparative analysis of cytological and morphological methods that deal with the gonadial maturity of razor clam showed that, normally, the goaadial ripeness corresponds to the gonadial maturity except for those indi viduals artificially cultivated beyond the spawning peak. Transmissive elec tronic microscopy revealed that the mature oocytes under light microscope can be divided iaid two types, namely, the stage of po$tvitellogencsis and the early stage of degeneration.更多还原
