【摘要】 本文以总含氮量为比较指标,探讨制备板蓝根袋泡剂的最佳工艺条件及浸泡方法。结果认为通过一号筛的药材105℃烘烤15min;袋泡剂每次用沸水100ml 浸泡5min,浸泡二次为最佳。并将袋泡剂与杭州某药厂产的冲剂进行主要化学成份的定性鉴别和总含氮量比较,结果冲剂中的主要化学成份袋泡剂均能浸出,六克袋泡剂的含氮量与十五克市售冲剂相同。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study,regarding the total nitragen content as the comparative index,the best technialconditions and extraction in producing forms in bags of the isatidis radices have been explored.The results indicate the best preparation is that the crude drug is across the No.I sieve andbaked at 105℃ for 15min,when taken it is best to extract for 10 min in 100 ml of boiling waterfor two times.T(?)he main chemical ingredients and the total nitrogen content of the forms inbags being (?)mpared with the granula produced by some pharmaceutical factory,it is disc-overed that the main chemical ingredients in granula can also be extracted in the forms in bags.The total nitrogen contetn in forms in bags of 6 g is consistent with that in the granulas of15 g mentioned above更多还原
