黑木耳、银耳及银耳孢子多糖延缓衰老作用

【摘要】 本文比较了黑木耳、银耳及银耳孢子多糖的延缓衰老作用。实验结果表明黑木耳和银耳多糖能明显延长果蝇平均寿命,分别为对照组的1.26倍和1.28倍。口服黑木耳和银耳多糖40天后,果蝇脂褐质含量有所降低,与对照组相比,分别降低12.17%和23.95%。银耳孢子多糖对果蝇寿命和脂褐质含量均无明显影响。

【Abstract】 This article presents a comparative study of effect of polysaccharides from Auricularia auricula Underw (AA), Tremella fuciformis Berk (TF) and Spores of Tremella fuciformis Berk (TFS) on ageing. The polysaccharides from AA and TF were found to prolong significantly average life span of Drosophila melanogaster. After administration of AA and TF, the average life span were 1.26 and 1.28 times respectively longer than control. After administration of AA and TF for 40 days, the content of lipofuscin of Drosophila melanogaster was respectively decreased by 12.17% and 23.95% as compared with control.
