不同来源的裂褶菌子实体及发酵培养的菌丝体中氨基酸与无机元素分析

【摘要】 本文报道野生与人工栽培的裂褶菌子实体及发酵培养的菌丝体中氨基酸与无机元素的分析测定。结果表明,三种不同来源的材料均含有所测定的15种氨基酸,12种无机元素(3种常量元素和9种微量元素)。7种必需氨基酸(色氨酸未测)组成齐全,人体必需的微量元素铁、铜、锌、硒的含量丰富。

【Abstract】 This paper reported the analysis of amino acids and inorganic elements in Liezhejun (Schizophyllum commune) from wild and cultivated specics and mycelium of fermentation. The rcsults showed that all samples from different sourses consist of 15 amino acids and 12 inorganic elements. The composition of 7 necessary amino acids (except for try.) was complete and the contents of trace elements Fe, Cu, Ze and Se were rich.
