加工专用母料对LLDPE流变性能的影响

【摘要】 用PLE-651塑性记录仪测量了LLDPE流变性能。结果表明加工专用母料能增加LLDPE挤出用生产量,而且当专用母料位100份LLDPE为4份时能减少加工能量16.3％。含加工专用母料的LLDPE流变特性仍是假塑性流动。

【Abstract】 Meascire the rheological property of LLDPE with plastic-corderPLE-651 instrument.It’s shown processing specific agent can in creaseextrute products of LLDPE;and lessen processing energy 16.30% whenaddition is 4 P.H.R.Rheological specific property of inclusive additionagent LLDPE is also sham plastic flow.
