溶胶-凝胶法——水溶液合成无机物新法之二
One of the new processes for inorganic synthesis in aqueous solution——sol-gel process
【摘要】 溶胶-凝胶法是以金属醇盐为原料,在有机介质中和催化剂(酸或碱)存在下,进行水解、缩合反应。使溶液经溶胶-凝胶化过程、干燥、热处理后即得玻璃或精细陶瓷粉末的方法。用该法制备的上述产品。纯度高,组成均匀,粉末粒径小,粒度均匀,热处理温度低,是制备玻璃和陶瓷粉末的有效方法之一。本文主要介绍溶胶-凝胶法的特点、工艺过程、反应条件及其在玻璃和精细陶瓷粉末制备方面的应用。
【Abstract】 Sol-gel process is a method for preparation of glass or fine ceramic powder. The process uses metal alcoholic salt as raw material and goes through hydrolysis and condensation reactions in organic media and with the presence of acid or alkali catalyst. And glass or fine ceramic powder is produced after the solution is sol-gelatinized, dryed and treated with heat. The product Via the process is characterized by high purity, uniform formation, small and uniform particle size, and low heat treatment temperature. It is one of the efficient processes for preparation of glass and ceramic powder. This article deals witch the characteristics technology, reaction conditions of the sol-gel process and its application in glass and ceramic powder preparation.
