【Abstract】 The success of any technology transfer depends upon the selection of the technology. When selecting technology factors such as the market opportunity, the advancement, the reliability, the suitability of the technology, profitability, finanvial capability of the transferee and trade reputation of the transferor should be taken into consideration.
