【Abstract】 The realization of strategic shift of township chemical enterprises depends upon science and technology,emphasis on product quality, the capability of gradually turning onto the international market, the degree of carrying out specialized and socialized production and modern scientific management.The township chemical enterprises should base themselves on agriculture and pivot all its activities upon agriculture.
