【摘要】 本文采用组织切片法用光学显微镜对切片进行了观察,并辅以化学分析测定,得出了张家口地区土种绵羊皮在脱脂、软化、浸酸、鞣制及加工过程中油脂变化情况。实验结果表明,所采用的土种绵羊皮脂腺较发达,游离脂肪细胞腺也较多,故强化脱脂就显得更为重要。更多还原
