【摘要】 本文对进口蒸煮器含裂纹缺陷进行了评定计算。通过用有限尺寸条板的单边裂纹类比,采用四次方程近似,作出b/R₁=1/20和b/R₁→0两条曲线,再用补插值绘制F（a/b、15/760）曲线,求得适合该蒸煮器缺陷尺寸的F（5/15,15/760）值。对埋藏裂纹采用K判据和COD判据;对内表面裂纹采用以双参数为基础的失效评定图（FAD）判据,用以判定裂纹缺陷的存在对该蒸煮器安全性的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Assessment and calculation of the import degester with crack have been presented in this paper for solving some problem. By means of analogy of single side crack of finite size lath, through approximate solution of the quartic equation,two curves of b/R₁ = 1/20 and b/R₁→0 have been found, then the curve of F （a/b, 15/760） drawn by using imerpolation method, final the value of F （5/15, 15/760） of crack size suitable for the degester calculated. We decide the factor of effect crack defect on security of the degester through studing the buried crack with criterion K and COD, investigating the crack of inner surface with the criterion of failure assessment diagram （FAD） based on the double parameter.更多还原
