Cu-Zn合金中扩散导致的晶界迁移

【摘要】 本文研究了 Cu-10%Zn 合金在300~650℃温度范围内脱锌时发生的扩散导致的晶界迁移(DIGM)。文章就其形貌、浓度、动力学、热力学进行了考察,认为黄铜脱锌的 DIGM 与纯铜渗锌的 DIGM 在驱动力上相同,在机理上互逆。文章认为吸收体和源构成一个系统,DIGM 的驱动力是系统的混合自由能,并用实验和计算进行了验证。实验表明 DIGM 可同时在吸收体和源中发生。在 Cu-10%Zn 合金中渗锌也可观察到 DIGM。

【Abstract】 Diffusion induced grain boundary migration (DIGM) in Cu-10%Zn alloy during dezincification is investigated in this paper.Den Broeder [10] suggested that at relatively high temperatures,DIGM occurred without concentration discontinuity across the grain boundary,but the present experiment shows that initially DIGM does involve concentration discontinuity which is only wiped out later by evaporation. It is well known that DIGM can occur in pure metal during alloying such as zincification of pure copper.The authors believe that they are the first to observe that DIGM occurs in an alloy during further alloying such as zincifica- tion of brass. Previous papers dealt with only one partner of the sink-source couple,while the other parinet was disregarded.Then,they met with an insurmountable difficulty in applying“free energy for mixing”theory [5,7] to thermodynamic study of DIGM during de-alloying.The authors believe that this paper’s principal contribution is the idea that the system should consist of both sink and source. When this idea is accepted,the said difficulty disappears.Details given in the paper show that the“free energy for mixing”theory is suitable for thermody- namic study of DIGM during de-alloying when the system consists of both sink and source.
