【Abstract】 Effects of the specific ionic channel blockers on nerveexcitability and excitability indexes were observed on iso-lated sciatic-peroneal nerves of toad and crayfish axons.The results showed that the changes in standard electricalquantity “a”are related to both the populations of openNa channels and rapid activating rate of Na channels.Thus,“a”is an actual index of measuring excitability.“b”in Weiss’s formula reflects both the dynamic equilibri-um state of membrane Na and K channel activation andthe process of irritation.“Chr”has no direct relation to theionic channels of excitable membrane.更多还原
