【Abstract】 This paper introduces about the law of cutectic volume dilation of cast irons, the influence of the sizes and shapes of castings on cutectic volume dilation and the character of metal——mould reactions. Meanwhile, a new process of the forced feeding, which allow full play to mould’s potential and efficiently utilizes the cutectic volume dilation, is suggested.更多还原
